
Emmi Midtown is a 31-level apartment building located at 1405 Spring Street in Atlanta’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood. The striking 326-unit tower rose from a 0.54-acre site located at the southeast corner of Spring and 18th Streets. The architecturally distinct building includes a collection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. The tower’s dynamic façade incorporates a large-scale framework, defined by random groupings of inboard balconies. The unit interiors feature thoughtful layouts, refined finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows.
