Lilli Midtown is a 24-level apartment building located at 693 Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood. The award-winning, 147-unit tower sits on a 0.31-acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Peachtree and 3rd Streets and includes a 4,000-sf ground-level retail space that houses the acclaimed Atlanta restaurant Lyla Lila. The site’s diminutive size precluded the construction of an on-site parking structure which mandated the need for an off-site parking solution. This was solved by securing an easement in an underutilized parking garage that sits adjacent to the site. Lilli Midtown’s parking is nested on the top 2.5 levels of the neighboring garage with direct access to the building provided by a newly constructed two-level pedestrian bridge linking the building to the nested parking. The tower’s striking façade features strong horizontal banding punctured by inboard balconies spread out in what appears as a random pattern across the building. The slender tower features a collection of one- and two-bedroom residences. The floor plates contain only seven units per typical level. The unit interiors feature spacious layouts, sophisticated finishes and ample window lines. Lilli Midtown’s amenities include an elegant lobby, athletic club with Technogym equipment, rooftop lounge, private dining/meeting room, pool, sundeck, and barbecue area.
